North Shore 2023 - Back the Green & Gold

 

Coming off two of our most successful seasons in recent history, North Shore is poised to take the upcoming 2023 season by storm. After a 6th-place finish in the WPL and a top 4 finish at sevens nationals, we are reestablishing North Shore as THE powerhouse in Midwest rugby. We achieved such accolades last year because of the efforts made by the players and a small group of dedicated supporters. However, this year, we want to empower you to be part of igniting the change and building NS rugby into one of the top clubs in the country.

Our Mission in 2023

1. Finish top 4 in the WPL.

2. Expand our roster to 35 eligible players. 

3. Cover 20% of player travel expenses.

4. Top 3 finish at 7s Nationals.

 

How We Do That

1. Improved Training Facilities: Access to a high-quality training field that can be used during all kinds of Midwest weather. Estimated $12,500 cost

2. Updated Equipment: New balls, new ruck pads, and additional S&C gear for the field. Estimated $3,500 cost

3. Additional Personnel: Bring on 2 dedicated coaching resources, a team manager, and Videographer. Estimated $11,000 cost

4. Travel Fund Pledge: Pledge a set amount of funds to help cover travel costs for players. Estimated $18,000 cost.

Total Cost: $45,000 for 2023
