Matt joined the team this year as North Shore's new WPL head coach. After playing for the Glendale Merlins and coaching Phoenix Rugby Club and Arizona State, Matt is joining the North Shore coaching staff with the clear objective to take the team to another level.

7s Head Coach

Lauren Trout - veteran of 350+ games - is a North Shore alumni who started coaching in 2016. She was named USA's Club Coach of the Year in 2016 and is currently coaching North Shore and Team Texas in PR7s.

7s Assistant Coach

Noby is another North Shore alum. After a successful and long playing career (including the 2011 Division 1 Championship!) she joined North Shore's coaching staff as the tight five specialist in 2021.
